Firstly, I presumming that you have an activated BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) Plan on your device.
You can also check it from your own side by viewing "EDGE" symbol on your homescreen.
If it is there, then call your service provider for checking up your service provided to your particular BIS plan for accessing MEssengers.
Also, if you still facing the problem after having the access for using all messengers, then try to connect your device with WiFi, and then try to login.
