problems with id password

I already upgrade bbm to the new one. I forgot my password. I already send request to get my new password but then i didnt received any email to reset my password

I have presice the same problem.....what can we do? the reset password mail does not get to my mailbox?

i need urgent help , upgraded my bbm messenger yesterday but my blackberry ID username is still on my old employers email address therefore this email address doesnt exist anymore and i cant recover my password. how do i delete the username associated to my phone to set up my new ID without being able to recover my old password.

Go to: https://www.blackberry.com/technicalsupport
they will be able to help either change your email for your BB ID or recover your password.

your link brings you to a section that states you need to enter a partner code and partner case id

 

what is that???
