My bbm has ads n its soooo slow, it takes foreva just to type n to send text... And I can't download anythng on my phne!!! Tried everythng without any luck

On BBM no ads or advertisment  are ever allowed ,There may be some issues with your Carrier Network , it will be better if you call them to know about the issue.

I called five times and all of the operators gave me different answers, none of them could help me... Till now I still have advertisements on my bbm... I'm even thought of taking it to vodacare, maybe they will fix it

What kind of advertisement you are getting On your BBM can explain ?

Also how may third party application you have installed on your device , are you getting those ads on your Homescreen ? If it is then Uninstall or delete any third party apps that you have on your device.

Its game advertisements, it appears only on my bbm... It appears on the bottom

You mean you are getting that game ads on your BBM chat screen ?

                  From your device delete all your free third party apps that you have installed. Or on that ad  look for the vendor and delete the application of that vendor that you have installed on your device.You have to figure that.
