ok here my problem i have a 8310 with att unlocked using it with tmobile service i want to upgrade to 4.5 but dont know what other provderes use gsm service other than att. my question is if i upgrade to the 4.5 version for the 8320 would my gps still work? also has anny one tryed doing this because i would think if the phone had a gps reciver in it then if u had the software it would still work but i dont want to take that chance unless i know 100% for shure

Operating Systems on the BlackBerry are device model dependent. In other words, you can NOT load the 8320 to the 8310, or the 8310 OS to a 8700 or any other model.

I have had this on my 8310 for a several weeks with no issues. It is a good release. 

Follow the directions in the first post of that link, exactly as written and in the order as written.
