Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Please describe in more detail exactly what you wish to accomplish..."reset" can be interpreted in all too many ways (e.g., reboot, wipe, reload OS, ResetToFactory, BBSAK wipe, etc. etc. etc.). Depending on what you wish to accomplish, the method may be different. Here are some references that might help:

  • KB16307 Actions performed by the BlackBerry smartphone during the removal of stored user and application data
  • KB18998 How to reset the BlackBerry smartphone to factory defaults
  • KB31291 How to reset a BlackBerry smartphone to factory settings using BlackBerry Desktop Software

Good luck and let us know!
