restarting curve?

Can you help?

 

my daughter has a BB curve and it keep restarting all the time. We have tried plugging into the computer to update it but it doesn't fix it. Any ideas ?

Welcome to the forum!

Can you please try a different battery. It could be the problem either that its not sitting well on the connectors (meaning you might need to put a small paper to support at the end) or the battery is busted.
