security wipe

Hi peeps I just wanted to know wot will happen if I do a security wipe ok the manual says I won't be able to send and receive emails again on this divice.now I changed my bb id and it says changes will be made when security wipe is done how can i do that and never send or reveive emails again..can someone pls explain thanx....

A security wipe basically deletes all personal information (contacts, calendar, messages, preferences, etc.) from the device and sets up a ready to use, new device. So, once wiped, you will start as if you have a new device. Register the BlackBerryID on the device, setup your email accounts, etc.

I tried to reinstall the software via blackberry link and now this is all I get... HELP!!!

Reload the BlackBerry 10 OS. See KB34045 for steps.
