setting up BBM problem

right so i just got my blackberry from my brother as he is getting a new phone adn i wiped it all. after that i turned it back on and did my id and all that but when i tried to go on bbm i accepted the lisence agrement, the it just stayed on the setting up bbm page for ages and still is now. I am really confused as of what has happend. i dont know what to do can someone help me please :smileyhappy:

Can you confirm if you have BlackBerry Data Plan on your account from your carrier Vodafone .
