Can you provide us some more details ! If it happened  suddenly then it may be possible that your device Battery has been depleted ,Have you try to charge it for 3 to 4 hrs ?

Re: shutdown automatically

Hi tsanniqudus

If your device is already Updated then please perform a Clean Reload of your Device Software usind BlackBerry Desktop Software.First do your Backup using desktop Software, Follow this Knowledge Base for Further Instructions :

KB12487 :  How  backup BlackBerry smartphone Data using BlackBerry desktop software for Windows

Then Reload your Device Software.

KB11320 : How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device software using BlackBerry desktop software for windows

Once Reload is done do a selective restore from the backup i;e restore only your Contacts and Calander entries . If problem doesn't appear then you can download Native BlackBerry apps  from app wold , also for a week don't install any third party applications.

Please try it and let us know.
