When I receive text messages from contacts saved with names in my phonebook, the messages don't display with their names. They do appear like those messages are from new contacts which are not saved in my phonebook. How may I rectify this problem?
The SMS messages not displaying with the correct contact information may be caused by content protection being enabled on your BlackBerry® Curve™ 8520 smartphone. Could you please verify that content protection has been disabled before testing for this issue again? This KB article provides the steps.
