someone must know how to fix this!!!!!!!!! help me!!!!

as i answer my phone it will very quickly swap between headset speaker and loudspeaker, therefore i cannot speak on the phone, it works fine when my headset is pkugged in, but i will not always be abke to keep my headphones in, someone must know how to fix this problem!!

Have you tried reloading the operating system on the 8520?
