status confirmation of Work order

Hi,

 

kindly provide the status of as below mentioned work order. (Blackberry Curve 9220)

 

VZI/BB/12/01294

 

Blackberry service center team not communicate with customer properly, they can't understand the customer problem.

 

How much time will take to solved the problem of my blackberry phone...

Hi, as you should have read when you registed for this forum it is user to user and not monitored by Blackberry. 

 

You need to escalate your issue with the service centre itself.
