Blackberry service center team not communicate with customer properly, they can't understand the customer problem.
How much time will take to solved the problem of my blackberry phone...

Hi, as you should have read when you registed for this forum it is user to user and not monitored by Blackberry.
You need to escalate your issue with the service centre itself.

Thanks for info. But i really disappointed with Blackberry services....
