texts are getting deleted by themselves

Please help!! My texts are deleting themselves after about a month of having them and I can't get them back and its doing my head in. It was fine for about a year, and now its soooo **bleep** :smileysad: I don't know what to do to stop it, please help me!

You would have set the option for one month on the blacbkerry device.. that is what causing this problem, may be.. to assist you on the option, can you tell me the blackberry device model??  for e.g.: blackberry curve 8520

                      As mentioned first you have to Check " Keep Message " options within your smartphone and  make sure that  it is set to the maximum limit. But if our device suffer from low memory them those messages will be deleted from our device.Please check those Knowledge Base Article regarding your issue :

KB13093  : How to use the keep message options on the BlackBerry Smartphone

KB14213  : Call logs, SMS text messages , and email messages are deleted from the BlackBerry Smartphone

KB02843 :  What is the Low Memory Manager feature on the BlackBerry smartphone
