the security connection cannot be verfied

My 9360 curve keeps showing this message saying " the security connection cannot be verfied"
How do I verify the security connection?

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Thanks for the question.

 

We are aware of this issue, the workaround is to create a backup of your data using BlackBerry Desktop Software (Device>Backup).  Then perform a security wipe: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB14058

 

Please note: This will erase all data off the BlackBerry smartphone and I recommend only restoring essential data (contacts, calendat, BBM contacts).

I've also started receiving these messages (on my Curve 9360), repeatedly through the day, quite recently.

 

Please can you explain what the issue is and why it is happening ?
