this is going to sound so stupid but i need help..

can someone PLEASE PLEASE tell me how to turn my ring volume up or down?? this sounds dumb because i've talked on messenger with it, and got on the internet...but i cant turn my ringer down!! (by the way i just got this today =D)

Hi and welcome to the forums!

 

First the volume control buttons are on the right side top, two buttons together.

Second you can use Profiles (ringer settings) to lower of increase the volume

Let me get the procedure for you, what model curve do you have?

P.S. There is a big difference between "stupid" and NEW..."stupid" doesnt ASK QUESTIONS!  Smiley Wink
