My husband has a curve 9300 and his trackpad keeps freezing so he can't scroll to his apps but he can press on what's is highlighted before it froze can any one help

Has he tried taking out the battery and rebooted the phone ?

The best thing to do is probably take it back to the store where it was brought if its still under warranty

Been back today and all they said its the os 6 what making it like this

Its got 12 months on it

Well if its still on warranty and its the update that's made it have the fault its blackberry's fault and they should fix or replace the phone

I'm experiencing the very same issues and the service desk at the store recommended the upgrade of software to OS 6.

I was having the trackpad problems before the upgrade. Upgrade helped for half a day and now, no matter how many time the battery comes out or I reboot... no joy with the trackpad.

Thinking the customer service people I saw know nothing... Any suggestions?
