transceiver

I have a Curve 9300 and sometimes thr transceiver will shut off on it's own. This happens mostly after charging overnight but last night it shut off without being on the charger. This is annoying as it has caused me to miss phone calls.

Am I overlooking something?

Thanks for any help.

Re: transceiver

Hi kennr1 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!

What is your battery life like when you charge your BlackBerry smartphone? If the battery gets below 5%, the device will automatically shut off the radio to save power.

Thanks.

Re: transceiver

With the wi-fi offI, I can go all day because I don't use the phone very much.

This problem occurs when I am charging at night, even if I started with a battery at 50%.

I topped it of Saturday nignt and it was off when I unplugged it. This morning it was fine. Happens randomally but can be 2 or 3 time a week.
