Well I'm safe wif my contacts as I've written them all down lol what do u mean old email and txt messages? Normally after I receive an email or txt I delete it neways lol

Ok, suit yourself. I've given you all the options. I recommend using the switch device wizard or making a backup/restore using your computer and/or BB Protect. If you choose not to do it, it's up to you. You can certainly manually add each contact back.
