transfering pictures from laptop to 8520

i have connected my 8520 to my laptop and my blackberry is showing up on my computer as a removable drive, i have tried to copy and paste a picture from my laptop to the bb and it says to insert a disk to the drive! my mass storage support is set as on and auto enable mass storage mode when connected is set as yes, where am i going wrong?

Hi,

 

I would recommend restarting your PC and make sure that the media card is properly inserted into the BlackBerry Smartphone.

 

Also you can try to reboot the BlackBerry Smartphone by removing the battery.
