I would first suggest once again, the browser cache clearing and reboot. That normally fixes those download problems.

 

Where are you downloading from, can I test?

Are you downloading to your inserted media card or your device memory?

When you are prompted to SAVE the file, where do you save it?

Ok, any chance that media card is filling up?
