unable to access net thru wifi

My device is bb curve 9300.but am unble to browse thru wifi even though my device is connected to the net.. if I put on my data services,I am able to access the net but I am being charged by my mobile service>pls help me out

Can you connect to the wi-fi hotspot/router? What prompt do you receive upon trying to connect to wi-fi?

Have a battery pull device reset and try connecting to the Wi-Fi again.
