unable to forward and send new mails from my BB inbox. I have a BB curve 8520 and am on the enterprise server. Please help

Hello shilparathi2 and welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

 

When you go to forward or send an email, do you get a red X? Error? If you get an error, what is that error? 

 

If you get a red X, when you open the failed email and scrolled to the top, what does the Messages Status display?

 

Are you able to receive emails on your device?
