unable to send & receive emails while on phone call

HI Folks,

 

I am facing an issue in my BB 9300. I am not able to send R receive emails while i am on phone call. I have enable to option notify me while on call in Profile but still i am not able to receive emails. Can anybody help me in this. I am using GSM service.

 

The service provider says its not possible to use data & voice services simulteneosly. Is this right??

 

one of my friend is using BB on Vodafone where he is able to receive mails while on call.

 

Please help.

Since you didn't say who your service provider is, it'll be a guessing game for folks to help you out. It is completely true that, on some carriers, this is not possible. Since they've told you how their network functions, they will of course be the governing entity on the matter.

Hi Buddy,

 

Loop Mobile is my BB service Provider.
