Unblock as in your phone is asking for a PUK code or unlock so you can use another carriers SIM card in your phone?
If its unblock you need to contact your current carrier for the PUK code.
To unlock, you either need to contact your current carrier to ask them to provide an unlocking code, or see one of the many websites you should be able to find via Google
