This message comes up on my phone now. I am unable to remove it unless I remove the battery. It comes back up again when I start opening voicemail messages. Any suggestions?

I came to the same conclusion when I did a total wipe and reload and found all was ok until I tried the phone. But getting rid of messages was not straightforward. I had to delete the phone log in the back-up folder in then restore back-up. Works fine now, thanks ![]()

the blackberry desktop manageer installed on my laptop allows me to save back-ups of the phone ipd files. I picked the phone log database in there and deleted, luckly the phone creats new logs. Then simply restored wiped phone with updated back-up file. Hope that makes sense!
