Hi there, i have just upgraded to PAYM and got a Curve 9320 with orange. my previous phone was PAYG 9300 and i had no problems at all. i now cannot set up email accounts - just sits at 'connecting to email settings' - when i go into the blackberry ID to see if the problem is with that it comes up 'connecting to server'. ive removed battery pack a few times etc and still no change. is this a network or phone thing ? any help would be great as im very frustrated.

Hello Leesa2 and welcome
As you had Upgraded your Plan from PAYG to PAYM please ensure and reconfirm with your Carrier Orange that they had properly configured your BIS account.
On your Home Screen > Manage Connection > Service Status > What is the status of BIS is it connected.

thanks for this - it says Connection - Mobile Network, the Blackberry Enterprise Server says connection - not connected - has this anything to do with it

If it is Connected then please try to register your device to Wireless provider .
After that perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back.
From your BlackBerry Browser Go towww.blackberry.com/integrate then try adding your email account.Please try it and let us know.

Did you recieve the Registration message on our message box and also at what step this error appeared.It appear your Service Books are corrupt,you need to resend Service book but it will work if you recieve that registration message without that the later process will not work. So let us know.
