If you are having issues with your Backup and it struck at Social feed then Connect your Old device and run BlackBerry Desktop Software > Click on Device > Delete Data > Choose Selected Data > Scroll down to Social Feed and mark it , then Click on Delete Data ( While doing this process make sure that only Social Feed is selected don't mark any other data )
When it is done try the switch device wizard again, I hope it will work.
