If you purchased your apps via AppWorld, the to re-install your apps, please follow this section of the AppWorld user guide:
If you purchased them elsewhere, you will need to find your original installation instructions...you may also have to obtain from that elsewhere new activation keys and such...there's no way for us to know what others will require.
If you can use your old BB at all, then the device switch wizard may have what you are looking for:
