wifi and mobile internet problems

First I had problems with connecting to the mobile server. There were errors like protocol error, insert sim and no sim. I hand him in in my store, they sent the phone up and I recived a new device. A few days later I want to connect to my wifi and it stuck in loading. So i tried to connect to the mobile and internet and it's also stuck in loading. A few hours later I tried to connect to an other wifi a city away and it worked. When I came home I tried to connect again to my wifi and it worked. The mobile internet worked also.

Whenever you face any issue that try having a device reset as mentioned below.


When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.
