wifi connected, internet working too but facebook ain't

My wifi is successfully connected, the internet is also working but I tried to use facebook, it doesn't log me in and when i tried to download facebook for blackberry, the download failed and a page opened saying thank you for downloading. Please help.

Thank you for your question regarding Facebook® for BlackBerry® smartphones usage over Wi-Fi®.

 

A data plan that supports Facebook® for BlackBerry® smartphones is required to use this application. Are you able to use the application with Wi-Fi disabled? If you subscribe to a data plan with your mobile service provider, we suggest that you contact them to verify that this is currently active and configured to do so.
