wifi

hi can sum1 help me i have bought bb curve 9300 2nd hand and i cant get the wifi to work it keeps saying wifi radio turned off. i have no idea what this means. i took it to my local store and they reset the whole fone to the factory settings and it still wont work also i cant get the camera to open. any help is much appreciated!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Given what you describe, I would deduce that you purchased a defective or damaged 2nd hand unit...no amount of software or internet-distance diagnosis can help that situation, if it is the case. I would recommend you seek remedy from the seller.

thanks i have contacted them and they have said it worked fine 4 them but they never used the camera. i think u mite b rite and i have been sold a dud :smileysad:
