Sir I really appriciate your effort but very sorry to say that you tube still not run. I had clear all data from browser and reboot as you said.
Hope my handset is ok?

Maybe try re-installing the BlackBerry Operating System with Desktop Manager?

                                  Did you buy that product from BlackBerry Store or from Idea ? First of all I request you to Contact Idea and make sure that they support Streaming video's like You Tube videos, Because if you are from Idea India then most of the Carrier does not support Straming Videos on BIS , Like my Carrier it also does not support that,However it works on Wi - Fi without that error message.

So the Best Option will be to Contact Idea if you are from India.But if you think your Carreir support that then please check a few setting like : 

APN setting ,Options > Device > Advance System Setting > TCP IP > on there check your Carrier APN setting .

secondly 

Open your Browser > Press the Menu key > Options > Scroll down and Check " Switching  to Carrier Network for Streaming Media " is MARKED

Thanks to all for your kind support. I had ask once again my service provider regarding my data plan, they told that i have not yet activated live streaming plan.
