your password has been successfully sent to your blackberry device

New e-mail notification appared after ,selecting the opton "forgot password "under e-mail seating (your password has been successfully sent to your blackberry device ). Have tried hard reseting the device and serching for all unread mail but could not resolve the problem . Thanks in advance

So what is the issue... can you not find the message, or you can not mark the message as read?

Sir, i forgot my username and password, i visit web http://vodafone.blackberry.com/ and 

 

appear {username: .........................../ password......................../ i use my PIN and enter then i click the forgor password....

the massage appear ..Your password has been successfully sent to your BlackBerry device.

 

But i dont know how to get the password thru my device as there was no massage in through my device...

 

Please assist.

You need to call vodafone.
