To Whom it May Concern;
I have attempted to use the Support section to correct this issue but I am not that tech savvy to comply with what it says to do (and the first 2 steps were already "done" in my PC according to the online instructions). I have not had an issue syncing my PC and Blackberry Bold 9900 until that past Monday when I upgraded the software in the Desktop software and the Blackberry.
How do I correct this problem (my Outlook 2010 is no longer syncing with the BB) or how do I go back to the previous software version that worked?
Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
I believe in the product and don't really want to get an phone.
