Appointments won't synch

Windows XP Pro SP2

Desktop Manager v 4.7

Blackberry Curve 8330 OS 4.5.0.77

 

Appointments will not synch between Outlook (2003) and Blackberry.  I don't get any error message, and I have the software set to synch between both Outlook and BB.  I add an appointment to Outlook and synch, the appointment does not transfer to BB and vice versa.  Was working up until about a week ago, no software/hardware modifications on my PC.
