BB Desktop Software can not communicate with mobile connected

Hello,

I have a BB 8120 that I did not used for a long time. When I have connected it again, it asked me for an upgrade, that I have accepted.

During the update, it had successfully downloaded files, and deleted data on my mobile.

Then an error occured. Since, my Blackberry is still OFF, only red LED is blinking, but nothing appeared on the screen. Since, I also have my PC making noise like if I connect and disconnect and reconnect (...) my USB plug.

I have tried with different USB cable, and different PC, with no improvement.

In Device Manager, I have Blackberry\Telephone Intelligent Blackberry appearing and disapearing. 

I have also made other tests noticed in following URL, but with no success.

When I connect my BB and connect to BlackBerry Desktip Software, I have the following error in a big red cross popup windows.

"BlackBerry Desktop Software can not communicate with mobile connected"

 

Can you help me fixing this issue ang having back my BB working ?

When it says can not communicate with mobile device click on update and that will reload the software and that may fix the issue.
