BB9810 synch error in line 131 error.cpp not fixed

not fixed by changing outlook list. followed KB32032, but no result advice was to contact technical support. how can i contact them??? please help, can't sync my agenda, can't work like this. is there a help line somewhere?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Technical support is reached via your mobile service provider. You first contact them, and then convince them to escalate you up to BlackBerry for your issue. That is the only free path by which to accomplish what you require now.
