Blackberry DeskTop Software not detecting My Q10

I'm Having Q10 but when connecting to DeskTop Softwate getting Error Message "This BlackBerry device is running the BlackBerry 10OS. BlackBerry Desktop Software doesn't support the BlackBerry 10 OS. Visit www.blackberry .com/support to learn more about how to synchronize your media files back up and resotre devise data and more with your decice"

I serchted in www.blackberry.com/support but nothing useful found. Please help for my this problem

Indeed, the Desktop Software does not work with BB10 devices. Instead, you need the LINK software...available here:
