When you say stopped working, what do you mean?

 

Have you tried rebooting the computer, and if that doesnt work uninstalling and reinstalling the software?

This was the literal windows 7 error message when I tried to open the software. I have re-booted several times and also tried to repair the software via the 7 control panel without success. Can I uninstall and reinstall without loosing all the settings?

On checking the system requirements for BB DM I found mention of Mcrosoft .NET Framework 3.5.1.

On checking my system this was not enabled. Once enabled, the BB DM seems to be working as it was before. What happened previously to cause the problem I am none the wiser?!

Hi having issues with desktop software that wont launch but instead comes up with 'Blackberry desktop software has stopped working'. Have rebooted and un/re installed with no avail. Any assistance would be appreciated. Error message detail is:

I faced the same problem in Windows 7 before but now after enabling Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 from Windows Features, BB desktop software started running again.
