CRTTranRec

Hello from Italy

When i try to syncronize my 9800 with Desktop Manager  at the end appears "CRTranReec::GetlinkedRecorded:invalidrecorsId" and i'can not syncronize.

I've reinstalled desktop m 7.1, i've ha used another BB Bold, i've canceld all data, rebboot fronm an old backup, but nothing changes. Because my new 10 is ariiving i need help how to debug my Bold

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB31008 During contact synchronization using BlackBerry Desktop Software the error "CRTranRec:: GetLinkedRecordId : Invalid linked record Id" is displayed

Hopefully it contains something useful! There also are multiple existing threads on this site that discuss that exact error...your review of those might prove useful, and a search of this site, using the error message, error code, or symptom, should reveal all applicable existing threads to you.
