How can I get access to the earlier version of the desktop software?  Do you have a link?

I've never loaded Facebook onto my BB.  I doubt this was my problem.

Having the same issue and I've been a long-time BB user. Recently, I got a replacement 9900 (on my 3rd) and lost all of my contacts through synchronization. I reconstructed my contacts on my BB but I cannot sync them with Outlook. I've uninstalled the BB software twice and reinstalled it and started all over. Still, cannot sync an still keep getting the CRTRANREC message. Frustrated!

Work gave me a iPhone and I've had both for several months now and I rarely use the BB anymore. It's more of a backup or historical device than a day to day smartphone. Im assuming it won't clear my calendar again. Too many issues and no support. I am surprised at how quickly and easily migrated to the iPhone. I would no longer pick the BB over the iPhone. If you can....make the switch to iPhone.
