There are several KBs that discuss similar errors, sadly none with any kind of resolution. Therefore, I suggest this thread:
It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.

I have exacting the same problem syncing BB 9700 to Outlook 2003. Started when I upgrade to BB Desktop 7 this week.
I have wiped and re-installed BB Desktop Software several times and cleaned out the registry. None of this seems to make any difference.

While not exact, maybe the remedy in this KB might help?
Otherwise, what about prior Desktop Software versions?

The suggested KB isn't relevant. Address Book syncs fine. Only the Calendar is a problem. Error occurs after the program has loaded the calendar data from the device and from Outlook. It appears to be in a processing stage when the error occurs.
I found an old installation CD for BB Desktop 5.0 and installed it. Everything works fine with that.
