I get the following details when trying to open my desktop software to sync my outlook contacts/calendar/notes etc.

Does anyone have a solution? I have installed, uninstalled through blackberry site, verizon site, etc. All with no luck. I even tried to download the old version 5 software and it just automatically gave me ver. 7.
