Can't connect to Blackberry Device Software

Hi there,

 

i have blackberry 9860 and a few days ago, i can't connexct to Blackberry Device Software.

I don't know what's wrong, i m doing the same things as usual, like choosing "usb drive" when connecting.

i have the latest version of Blackberry Device Software, which i reinstalled it 2 times.

Any idea?

I have a similar problem. I am trying to connect to AppWorld right now for several days. I update the software on the Blackberry Device. I create a new account, I try to connect Paypal but nothing works to get an actual application form app world to my device.

 

Where should I start reading? Where should I post the detailed problem?

Well i found a sollution.

I uninstalled 7.1 blackberry device software and installed the 6.1

Now my Torch is connected :smileyhappy:

 

But i think there is a problem with 7.1
