Canot find BB device with Desktop software

So I have suddenly been unable to connect my blackberry bold to my PC to sync and back-up the device. Not to mention install the new updates for the phone. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas:

 

I have already checked for:

USB connection

Firewall

Anti-Virus interference

Redownloaded the program

 

So anything else would be appreciated...Thanks
