My Device: Curve 9300

Connecting my Curve to PC

I have downloaded the desktop software but when I plug in my Blackberry Curve 9300 the window shows but on top is another window saying that "initialising" is going on.  After more than an hour it still continues.  There is no way of stopping it other than unplugging the device.  What is going on?

using Blackberry Desktop Software Ver 6.1.0.36

Released Nov 7 2011 (Bundle 38)

 

BDM is Version 6.0.0.40

try to use Blackberry Desktop Manager v7 Edited content to comply withCommunity GuidelinesandTerms and Conditions of Use.
