Contacts and Address book not syncing properly

Hello All!

 

I need some help.  Within the last couple of months ive been trying to sync my bb contacts to Microsoft Outlook 2007 and it does it some of it.  I have a bold 9700 and recently took off the latest desk top software and reloaded the v5.0.1. 

i am currently running windows 7.  I am not on BES, i am doing this on my personal laptop.  can any please assist as i am all out of ideas.

i am also facing the same problem. Can anyone have salutation for this? As we know this is very important because one of the most important thing in mobile is contact. I have also instilled latest version for desktop softer but still facing the same problem. And get error number ox80043ac9

I am also having this problem with my Bold 9700 using Windows 7. Tried solutions from th 2 articiles posted but nothing has worked.

In the meantime my Bold 9700's screen broke, so I upgraded to a Bold 9900 and Office 2010. I also changed my sync options to only update Outlook, not my device. All these changes have eliminated the problem, but not sure which change was the real fix.
