Contacts won't sync - Mac Desktop/Blackberry Bold 9900

Hi There, 

 

I have just picked up a Bold 9900.  I'm trying to get it to sync with my Mac (running OS 10.7.5).  It seems other things are syncing but I can't get contacts to sync.  

 

I've searched the forum and I've followed the steps of siging out of icloud and ensuring that the contacts are actually on the mac and in address book.  


Nothing works.  The groups of contacts don't even show up in blackberry desktop, the different calendars do so I know that it's connecting fine etc. 

 

PLEASE help.  This is very frustrating.

What happens when you attempt the synchronization process? Does it complete without any error message, yet no contacts transfer?

 

Do you know if your default Address Book list is currently set to an integrated email with wireless synchronization enabled?

Thanks so much for the reply. Still having trouble on my end.

When I attempt syncing it syncs everything, however, nothing happens with contacts and notes. I believe I did get a calendar test even across.

BB Desktop for Mac recognizes my device no problem. Everything seems to work accept for contacts and notes.

As was presented in other posts, I disabled icloud and wireless syncing to icloud. But that hasn't resolved the problem.

But wanted to make the switch back to Blackberry, these sort of issues are challenging, though.

Any help would be appreciated.

sorry, I don't believe there is an integrated email address...

And correct, there are no errors and no contacts.
