DTM 6.0

I just got my two new BBs...set the one up... followed the wizard to learn the basics...installed the DTM (5.0) and prompted to update...the updated DTM won't open...did the search for a fix...way, way to complicated for a brand new device and software...I'm taking them back and won't use a BB again. Embarassed that this is a Canadian company that is messing up so many people all over the world. Good luck to those who stick it out.
